Custom Android Roms

I prefer to have up-to-date software on my devices, or security reasons and just for enjoying the latest features as well. Aftermarket software support of Android device manufacturers aren't up to par with Apple's, I must concede. I do not however want to spend a fortune on features I can get for a more modest price. The solution is simple (not really). I scoured the internet and taught myself how to install custom ROMs created by honorable devs of the vast internet.

Browser - Firefox with DoH enabled (TOR Browser if you want go further).

A mobile application developed for La Salle Greenhills, a top notch school in the Philippines. It allows school administration to register students and assign them books for the school year. Students can then download and read the e-books on their devices. Features include a dictionary for selected words, searching books for words or phrases and jumping directly to the page, saving text highlights, changing font size and style, night and day mode, and creating bookmarks.

Passionate about the environment and sustainability, I have dabbled into Agriculture and the technologies that will move it forward. I am an incorporator of a hydroponics farm, that produces leafy greens like lettuce, chinese kale, grand rapids, arugula, and basil. Dhl Projects

While employed at Cormant Technologies I was able to join the development of two projects for DHL. First is an enterprise web application that deals with configurable dynamic forms, scanning barcodes, translating and sending configured form responses into SOAP messages to another service, encryption, AngularJS, Spring framework, Tomcat, installation as windows service, IZpack installer. The other is a background service written in Java which interfaces between two applications via IBM Webspehere MQ and SFTP

Nature

A nature lover and sustainability enthusiast, I try to conciously consider my environmental impact in my decisions. I held on to my smartphones 'til they can no longer be repaired, prefer products in glass jars than in disposable plastic, at one point made ecobricks with bottles filled with single use plastic (it's hard to sustain). I am also growing edible plants in my balcony (tomato, garlic, curled parsley and calamansi).

Computer games are what made me a software developer. I did not end up with a game my portfolio (yet), but games definitely influenced my life. Puzzle, platformer, MOBA, RPG, MMORPG, Casual, Tower Defence, Racing, FPS, NFT Games, I'm sure I've played a game in any category you throw at me. Outside the world of software I also very much enjoy card and board games. Game-nights anyone?!
